Epoxy Flooring in Fayetteville, GA

Epoxy Flooring in Fayetteville now serves a town shaped by film. Trilith Studios, which opened in 2014 as Pinewood Atlanta Studios, is the largest film and television production studio in the United States outside California. Around it are carpentry shops, prop and costume storage, equipment rental houses and the home garages of crew members who bring their trade home.

Shop floors for set builders

Carpentry and scenic shops are hard on floors. Saws, paint, glue and heavy carts all take their toll. For a shop like that, we suggest:

• A thick epoxy base that handles rolling loads and dropped tools.
• A chemical-resistant topcoat that cleans up after paint and adhesive spills.
• A light color that brightens the space and shows small parts.
• Marked zones for saws, finishing areas and walkways if helpful.

Home garages for crew

Many people who work in production keep tools, cases and gear at home. A garage that stores road cases and rolling carts benefits from a hard topcoat that resists scuffs and a flake blend that hides wear. If you also use the space to build or paint, we can plan for that too.

Older homes near the square

Fayetteville was established in 1822, and its Fayette County Courthouse, built in 1825, is the oldest surviving courthouse in Georgia. The Holliday-Dorsey-Fife House dates from 1855. Older in-town homes and outbuildings near the historic core can have thin, uneven slabs. We grind, patch and test moisture before recommending a coating.

Growth means new concrete

The city grew about 18.9% between 2010 and 2020. Newer homes have smooth, dense slabs that must be ground before coating. If a house is brand new, we also confirm the concrete has cured long enough.

Rental properties

Fayetteville's rental vacancy rate was 11.2% in 2020, higher than its homeowner rate of 2.4%. For landlords trying to make a property stand out, a clean coated garage is an inexpensive way to improve first impressions.
